All daily, weekly, and monthly rates include full hookups with all utilities paid. This means electric, water, and sewer are included. Rates for all reservation types assume a maximum of two adults, two children, and one pet. Additional occupants may be subject to additional fees. All rates are subject to change without notice. RATE RULES
Daily & Weekly Rates (< 30 days):
• Cabin & RV's required to charge a 6% hotel tax on quoted rates
• Cabin & RV's charge an additional $25 cleaning fee
• Cabin & RV's, IF staying with a pet, charge an additional $25 pet fee
Monthly Rates (> 30 days):
• Cabin & RV's require a $250 refundable deposit
• Cabin & RV's charge an additional $100 cleaning fee
** CHECK-IN time is 3:00 PM, CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 AM
NO refunds will be given. As a service-based business, we do not have a landlord / tenant agreement with any guest.
